Acoustic control was our primary objective in this facility. There was only one way to tame this environment, and that was with Digitally steerable arrays, giving us the capability of controlling where the sound would and would not hit by using a software program designed by EAW (DSA Pilot)

Another aspect of this design is how future proof it is. This is a fully digital system, from inputs to outputs. If the school decides they want a recording studio, we just run one CAT 5 line and it is done. They want more microphones on the stage, run a line, patch in to the digital snak, and it is done.

To quote the Vice Principal, "It sounds like the Wachovia Center."
